RULES
1 - BE COMMITTED
2 - WORKOUT at least 3x per week/45 minutes per session
3 - POST PROGRESS (details/fines below)
4 - DRINK 8 CUPS OF WATER DAILY
5 - MIND OVER MATTER
6 - HAVE FUN
INITIATION FEE/FINES
(1) $20 Piggy Entry Fee
(2) $20 to leave (yes you won't be able to get out that easily)
(3) Missing weekly recap = $2 (starting Sunday 1/3/16)
(4) Missing monthly progress = $5 (1st Sunday of each month)
(5) Missed mid-point goal = $20 (3/20/16)
MID POINT
The Mid-point will be the first day of spring (3/20 ).
And the mid point goal will be 7% - 10% of current body weight.
PENALTY
$20 if you miss your mid point goal
Overall Winner in June will be based on person losing the largest % of Body Weight
