how to get Shredded but stay Soft?
i'm what you would consider "thicker than a snicker". i have a soft stomach, big arms, and big thighs. i've fallen in love with bodybuilding and the aesthetics. i want to tone my body, but stay squishy. is there any way i can do that?

training and competing effects of shutdowns?
I want to ask how many of you here have or have not been impacted by the new guidelines put out. With gyms closed, contests canceled and what not....how has your spring contest sked been effected? 6 weeks out!
Sitting at 215 lbs @ 6'1. Cardio has been ramped up to 45 min fasted and 45 at night. HATE IT but gotta do what you gotta do,right?! Looking to get down to 198 by show day IF all goes well for July 1 show.

Deadlifts/Rack pulls
Hey everyone, is this group still alive? Anyway, I recently decided to impliment more deadlifts/rack pulls to my routine, since it seems to be key to build a V-taper body. I did Rack pulls today, but I can't decide whether I'm doing them correctly or hitting the right muscles. Any tips?
