Dr. Oz's Two-Week Rapid Weight-Loss Plan

Dr. Oz has an amazing weight-loss plan. It's almost perfect for people who are gluten free and dairy free. I have done some research and it looks like most people lose quite a bit of weight. At least 10 pounds. I am starting this plan. He says not to do any extra exercise, but I'm still going to anyway. You do what you'd like to do.
