This support Group is for people that live in Washington State on the Ideal Protein weight loss program.

This group was created so that you may help each other reach your weight loss goals! Support, tips and advice from others can be very inspiring. No one is perfect but to reach your goal give the diet 100%, constantly remind yourself why you started this journey.

Rules:

Support : We all give and take support in different ways. Try to be helpful however, but please be conscious of others. Please keep it positive. We are all in this together. If you have nothing nice to say please don't say it. Just skip over the post and go on.

Clinics / Centers: When giving advice, please stay within the guidelines of the protocol, and refer to the phase sheet. Only individualize a clients plan based upon their health history in a clinical setting, not within an online forum.

Cheats: It's ok to post your cheats to help get the support you need but please don't post pictures of your cheats. Learn from your mistakes.

This Group : This is an IP 100%, no alternative group. I know some people may be out of town and run out of their items.. You need to contact your coach to get the proper items you need. Also there are IP centers everywhere that can help you.
