I'm driving today. A lot of times it's hard not to eat, snack when I'm driving. I promise you today I will not overeat or eat junk food.
So yesterday I did fo not only 30 minutes of cardio but also a 20 min circuit training! Did not log, :( Today's commitment is to get in a 20 minutes of ab workout. It shall get done!! How or should I say where is everyone at???
