RB+B Fitness Challenge
TARGET GOALS:
Beginner's Target: 90 Minutes of Physical Activity per Week = 1 POINT
Recommended Target: 150 Minutes of Physical Activity per Week = 2 POINTS
Athlete Target: 225 Minutes of Physical Activity per Week = 3 POINTS
First Session begins January 18th and ends April 10th!
Reference the 2016 Fitness Challenge Rules & Guidelines for examples of moderate vs. vigorous activities. Remember that vigorous activities get you a 2X time credit!
