Welcome to the 2016 TCEP Fitness Challenge
Starting February 1, 2016 please utilize MyFitnessPal to record your daily exercise minutes. Challenge will conclude on Friday February 26th.
Weekly Individual Challenge:
February 1st 1 hour of exercise
February 8th 2 hours of exercise
February 15th 3 hours of exercise
February 22nd 4 hours of exercise
*Prizes will be awarded for those who achieve the weekly goal.
**Each week goal is achieved your name will be tossed in for the Grand Prize drawing (FitBit or $100 gift card to Scheels or Dick's Sporting Goods)
***Mini challenges will be incorporated each week
