Hello new here
Hi im 36, i have hypo thyroidism and pcos. Ive been a constant yo-yo since I got diagnosed almost 8 years ago. I take amour thyriod pill which has helped me at least maintain my weight. Now I am trying to lose weight. Any suggestions is greatly appreciated.
