LookForLove Challenge
Hi girls! Anyone following this 6 week challenge? I've been doing some of the workouts (I'm actually doing a different 12 week program - fit body guide by anna victoria) BUT I'm following the meal plan as best as I can!! I'm LOVING the Blondie Muffin recipe. What is your favorite TIU approved meal?
Calories?
How many calories are y'all eating? I followed the plan to a T today and was over 2,000 calories. Am I doing something wrong? Hopefully we can support each other to a healthier way of eating. I love TIU :smile:
