3) get everyone ready for summer
This is not about losing pounds, but rather getting our fitness goals back on track.
You were invited to this challenge because in recent months we have discussed fitness and no other reason. I think you all look great including myself.
So here are the rules:
1) you must complete and log at least 5 workouts of 20 minutes or more each week using MyFitnessPal (Sun-Sat)
2) you must weigh yourself and submit to me your weight on Saturday, April 30th between 7-11am in your home time zone
3) you must weigh yourself and submit to me your weight on Saturday, June 25 between 7-11am in your home time zone
4) you must put $100 in the pot to play by Saturday, April 30th (send funds via PayPal or Chase quickpay to leyonna_barba@hotmail.com)
5) The competition begins May 1st and ends on Friday, June 24th.
Please note you do not have to publicly share your weight. I will keep that information confidential. Also, walking to work is not a workout. You must actually find five 20 minute slots to do a workout which includes Pilates, yoga or walking as a workout.
The winner will be the person who (1) completed all the workouts and (2) lost the highest percentage of weight, calculated as (end wt - beg wt) / beg wt. If less than 10 people sign up then the winner takes the whole pot.
Prizes are as follows:
1st place $750
2nd place $350
3rd place $100
