How many times a week do you zumba? The booklet that came with my set says 6 days a week any where from 20 minutes to over an hour, but i'm struggling to find time to work out that long everyday.
Hey hey all! I'm new to VA, and was really excited to find this group! I am using Zumba as my daily cardio #1 every morning, and would LOVE to find a place to do it publicly! Where is everyone located in VA?
I live in Hampton, Virginia. I go to One Life Fitness and they have Zumba classes there. I try to go at least 2x a week. I would go every day if I could. I work at a hospital and they also have Zumba classes there. I go to them on occasion.
My finace got me a wii and the zumba games for it. I'm gonna try it today! Just wanted to share my excitement!
