Hey guys, Just checking in to see how everyone is doing so far. As most can see, I started the ab ripper on P90X, as well as running. Hope to get back to 175 lbs, not sure if it will ever happen but we all need a goal.
Has anyone tried using P90X? I have the dvd's, but I'm a little confused on the workout plan for it.
