Here's a thread for check-ins. You can put your beginning stats. For someone that wants to lose weight maybe something like Start Weight: XXX Current Weight: XX Difference: X For non-weightloss Workouts this week: Last Week: Difference: Or something idk.
I thought it might be good to have a daily check in thread as well. It's the middle of the day though so I don't have any information.
Here is a thread for your cool things you did for the week. Like nonscale things such as LITERALLY RUNNING ON YOUR TREADMILL FOR THE FIRST TIME SINCE YOU GOT IT. or other things, like fitting in old clothes, or idk biking for a long time whatever y'all are doing.
Here is a goal post, thread, thing! Or introductions, but we all know each other so... (I will update my own goal tomorrow, I gotta weigh in the morning!)
