RPE - Tracking Challenge

Track your food and see what affect it might be having on your training and goals. This challenge is to track and hold yourself accountable for your nutrition by recording (as accurately as possible) everything that eat or drink as frequently as possible. Ideally you'd track everything for at least 7 to 21 days and then as frequently as possible after that. The more you track - the better understanding we'll have as to what is going on with your nutrition.
