Overcoming Depression Support

I have always suffered from depression because of my size. Through the years it became worse, but I hid it from everyone. My real downfall was when my mom passed away (Oct. 2015) My health went from bad to worse. This past month I really realized how low I sunk and decided that I need to turn my life around. I started to eat better and exercise everyday. I just started back online recently. This is what my mom would of wanted, me to be healthy and happy. So now I am once again here to help others, which I have always been good at. I always helped them with their lives and gave them the support they needed, but when I needed it they were gone.

So I am here to help support others through their journey of renewal.
