Losing weight with friends

This is a support group where we can support each other to lose weight in a safe and positive way. We can also do challenges, set goals, etc.
My name is Khara. I'm 36 and have a 20 lb weight loss goal. I live in Maui and am tired of feeling self conscious in a bikini. I'm a teacher and am married to a disabled vet. We have 3 kids.
