HELLO LADIES & WELCOME TO "MYFITNESSPAL"!!! 
First things first!
Everyone, please download this app to your mobile device/smart phones!!! nothing says you cant eat right while on vacation, off days or when we dont meet up! ... change that mind of yours... YOU CAN EAT RIGHT and YOU WILL EAT RIGHT by the help of "MYFITNESSPAL"!!!
All of you already know you are taking the first step in changing you!
We are starting our 19 week program on August 7th all the way until December 17th! We will be attening the gym 6 days a week with 1 day off!
This Journey will change you, will challenge you, will strengthen you, will encourage you and will push you to exstents you never thought possible! these are all good things. " nothing worth having is ever given" we all have to work hard to obtain that dream we have. so, with the added support from all you ladies, we can all do it together!!!
You will also need to obtain a device called "Fitbit". You will need to have this for the days we do our "HITT" work out days. You will need to be tracking your MAX heart rate. if you were wondering about the machines tracking the heart rate, yes it does track a heart rate, but not a true or accurate heart rate. The machines calculations are off by about 10 beats... so that does hinder things a bit... You can find a relitivly inexpensive fit bit at walmart, or even sportcheck & shoppers drug marts... but the key here when looking for a fitbit of any kind, is to make sure it has the feature of "heart rate" on the device.. you will come across a large majority of them that have "Calories" "Steps" etc.. but you want it to also say "heart rate"... be carful there!!!
Next, I highly reccomend you bring or have some form of music with you.. you might not care for whats audomatically being played in the gym... and second, you want music that will help motivate you. somthing that you can JIVE to or pushes you in tough exercise positions!
HYDRATION: very very important to have water with you and a sweat towl at all times... if you do not hyderate you can risk injurys.. we do not want that at all.. lets all bring at least a 1L bottle of water with us to the gym... you will be surprised at how much water you will be drinking.. hehe
alright, i think this sums up some quick key things that we need to be prepared for when we all meet for august 7th!
