Starting Saturday October 1st, we will start the 10K challenge. Buy your pedometer now and post how many steps you normal walk. Each day your steps will increase as I post Daily Challenges. Send me your email if you want the calendar for October.

Do a split cardio workout today. 30min in the morning/afternoon AND 30min during your lunch hour or in the evening. You will burn more calories.
Weigh yourself first thing in the morning before eating.
I am the organizer of this group. Sorry I have not posted regularly. I am going through Chemo, but this still is an active group. I have been either walking 2mi or doing T25 w/Shawn T each day depending on my energy level. What exercises do you do?
