October Pull-Up Challenge
This is a challenge group in which participants will utilize the Armstrong Pull-Up Program to improve their current pull-up performance.
Three separate programs comprise the pull-up program:
Beginners Pull-Up Program
Advanced Pull-Up Program (If you can do 20 straight, this is for you)
Womens Pull-Up Program (includes several assisted pull-up variants)
