100 days of Losing it!

100 day count down to fitness! My goal is a minimum of 30 minutes of exercise EVERY day for at least 100 days! Can even be broken up into 15, 10 or even 5 minute segments... whatever it takes as long as we keep moving :)

One of the best ways for me to keep on track is to physically count down how many days I have been working towards something. I'm attaching a count down form if anyone is interested?

Hoping that we can all check, in, and help support each other. share recipes, share victories, or even defeats and just help each other out... Who is with me?
