The purpose of this group is just to share how many calories you eat each day. It doesn't matter how much or how little you eat. It doesn't even matter if you only logged part of the food you ate. The purpose of this group is just to reinforce the behavior of tracking calories daily.

All post should be positive and supportive about yourself and other people. The act of posting here is success enough.
