Melt away 90 Day Challenge

We are starting 2017 with some redirected health goals. Starting Jan 2nd...I challenge each of you to make some life style changes...set some goals and crush those goals!!

The challenge will include the following:
1. Limited alcohol intake until April 2nd. Only three drinks TOTAL a week or none if you can abstain. There will be no rolling over of drinks.
2. Cardio activity 4 days a week minimum. We will share activities. Try to invite others in challenge to join you. (ex- walking at park, gym, exercise classes, etc)
3. As a pick one of the five diets below or identify the one not listed for the 90 days:
Paleo Diet, HMR Diet, DASH Diet, Mediterranean Diet, or Low Carb, Real food Diet
4. Increase intake of water
5. Avoid CAFFEINE
5. Mileage requirement- minimum 10 miles weekly (90 miles for the entire challenge period- just in case you have an off week)
6. Use this app to log activities, weight, water, food etc.
