A Year of Health and Wellness 2017-2018

Hi everyone!
I thought to start this group to get a jump start on accomplishing some new year goals. As this year comes to an end it's the perfect time to start planning for the future. What better time to start working on health, wellness, and fitness goals than now! Anyone is welcome to join!
I'm aiming to have:
Weigh-ins monthly (so the scale isn't such a big deal)
Fitness goals and discussions weekly
Meal prep discussions
Measurements biweekly
A very friendly judgement-free zone

There's no pressure at all and everyone is working together. The goal is to compete against yourself and make improvements weekly. Slip ups happen, no big deal just get back into it as soon as possible!
