10 Day Shred!!!
Great way to start the New Year. Starting on January 2nd I will only eat clean healthy foods. for the following 10 days. This means 10 days of no processed foods, no gluten, no processed sugars, and no dairy. so I'll be eating a ton of fruits, veggies and fish. OH BOY!!! So...Who's comin with me!?!?!?!
