Stay focused on your 2017 fitness & health goals. Everybody has their own food likes and exercise time and restrictions so this is totally individually based. We are asking for everyone who decides to participate to volunteer for a week of individual assessment. You track where you are personally that week and come up with 5 to 10 practices, habits, or food choices that you could do better. It can be as complex as a work out regiment to take you from couch to 5K or as simple as replacing mayonnaise with sliced avocado on a sandwich. The following week, you will share with the group what you learned. The idea is to foster a mental focus on how to do things better/smarter.

When the weather is nice, we can implement a weekly topical lunch discussions followed by 30 minutes of walking.
