10-in-10 Weight Loss Challenge Nome, 2017

Get excited guys! It is that time of year for 10-in-10 Weight Loss Challenge hosted by the CAMP Department. With New Year’s Resolutions starting, let the CAMP Department help you get healthier, eat better, and lose weight in the process. The 10-in-10 weight loss challenge can help you lose 1-2 pounds/week for the next 10 weeks. Leaders will provide nutrition and exercise tips, support, and motivation to get your new year’s off to a good start.

Classes will be held in conference room 212 at NSHC on Mondays at noon and 5 PM starting on January 9th. Please contact Bailey Martin at 443-3477 or the CAMP Department at 443-3365 for more information.

MyFitnessPal is a great way to stay on track, know your numbers and to help each other along the way. If you would like us to view your food dairy to help us provide nutrition and exercise tips, support, and motivation specific to you please follow the directions below.

1. Go to Settings
2. Click on Diary Settings
3. Go to bottom and change diary sharing to “Friends only or Locked with a key” – share this key with us to view your food diary.
