Hello Please free to share your week's goals here. I am trying to get my weight under 197 and currently weigh just under 199 lbs. I also want to continue logging and try and be below my calorie goal because currently I am eyeballing everything. :)
How is everyone doing with their nutrition goals? It's been a slow start for me. I am taking it a day at a time. Adding more healthy eating, such as smoothies for breakfast. Keep drinking lots of water.
