excited for Saturday's halfway pt weigh in, i was down 17lbs after 4 weeks, much easier when you have plenty to lose though:happy:

geez! blew my carbs and sugars out of the water today with a few chocolate covered peanuts!!! such a weakness : ( better hit my elliptical tonight! anyone else a choco-holic???
2nd week weigh-in
I lost 8 lb first week but gained 2 lb second week < Sigh>. I'll blame it on water retention. lol. I'm at the gym 4-5 times a week. Usually get there between 11-1. I'm afraid of taking classes, I don't think I could keep up and would feel embarrassed. Steve's going to work with me tomorrow on some weight training. :happy:
