Heart Healthy Fitness Challenge!

Our Goal - to keep you MOVING!
The recommended amount of steps per day is 10k. We want to see what you've got. Whichever team has the most steps by the end of the month is the winner!
We will also be curious to know which individual has THE MOST steps in the entire office.

Rules -
Each individual must send me their daily or weekly steps in a screenshot and mention their team name so that I can keep track of team totals. You can send via email, Hipchat or post on My Fitness Pal!
If you don't have a pedometer, you can use your smart phone to participate. Just make sure you're getting credit for all of your steps!
