We are refugees from a Calorie Counting land that no longer exists. Now it is time to build a group of friendly on-line cheerleaders and continue our fantastical two dimensional weight loss parties! We are a lovely bunch of coconuts, as well as a few other varieties of nuts, and hope you will join us.
