You will receive 25 points for each day that you eat 2 cups of fruit AND 3 cups of vegetables.
Receive 25 points for each day (April 3-April 9) that you have at least 75 grams of protein. Because I am late sending the challenge out, everyone will automatically receive 25 points for today!
From March 27 through April 2 you will earn 25 points for each day that you drink 80 ounces of water. In addition, you will earn 5 bonus points for each day that you drink 100 ounces of water or more. Only water counts. You may not count coffee, caffeinated beverages, carbonated beverages or alcohol.
