Women's Only--"Take Time for Me" Challenge
Looking for women, ages 25-55, with 25-100+ pounds to lose to reach a healthier weight.
Group will participate in weekly weigh-ins and private group posts. We'll acknowledge weekly "biggest losers" (by percentage lost). Let's help each other stay motivated and come together for support, ideas, friendship, and inspiration! We'll start our first 6 week challenge once the group is established (with at least 10-20 members). Please send a request to be added to the group!
