The 62 Challenge is about stepping outside and getting physically active. It is about exploring your local neighborhood and surrounding communities, and interacting with friends, family and neighbors. From July 1 to Aug. 31, we challenge you to make time in your day, at least 30 minutes, to walk, run, bike or swim – anything that moves you forward one mile a day for 62 days!
You can do your activity at once, or break it up into smaller chunks of activity throughout the day. Do what works best for you, as long as you’re physically active for at least 10 minutes at a time for a total of 30 minutes per day.
