need to stick with this
Got on the scale today...my weight was the highest ever. I don't want to be thin...just healthier and loose the 20 pounds I put on in two year. Very discouraged. I want to feel better too, my hips and feet have been hurting and know that the extra weight in part of the problem. Need encouragement to stick with this.
