Achieving our weight loss or fitness goals.

Fitterbody has given me a bit of a nudge to start another challenge. We could use this group for support and record our weight loss/fitness goals. You can pick whatever day suits you, it would be helpful if we could all manage to update the page at least once a week or month.

I was thinking of having a weekly weigh in, i am also aiming to reduce my resting heart rate, this could be another challenge if anyone is interested :)
