DXC Fitness

This group will serve as the main communication point for our calorie/fitness challenges.


RULES:
- $10 gets you 5 entries into the lottery pool. You can put it only $2 if you’d like but this will only get you 1.
- Adhere to the calorie limits that MyFitnessPal gives you depending on body/activity goals.
- You may sync your FitBit or other devices to gain additional calories from working out.
- Each person is given 4 cheat days, but may not exceed a total of 2x their normal calorie limit (this includes additional exercise calories). Please send Adam the days you wish to take these so he can keep track!
- Each day you exceed your calorie limit (after your 4 cheat days), you will lose one of your lottery entries and everybody else will gain one.
- Unused Cheated days will earn you an extra entry.
- Every 5 out of 7 days you compete your FitBit Step Goal will be 1 additional entry. We are still doing 1 30 minute workout as an equivalent to making your step goal. Just text Adam to let him know you did so.
