Kale
I always thought of kale as a trendy, tough, not so tasty addition to a salad, but I just added some to soup. Absolutely delicious! I used it in the soup with sweet potatoes, chicken, onions, chicken broth and some seasonings. Even much better than it sounds.
1200?
I'm not completely sure what this is about, but I'm eating 1200 calories a day. I am usually under that but blow over it once or twice a week when eating at someone else's house. I can choose what I want at a restaurant but pretty much have to eat what is served at someone's home. And, I have no willpower when they bring…
