CWP Cambridge Weight Plan 2017

Hey there

Ive been on CWP for a while, I spotted that there are no current groups out there and am looking for people who want to share recipes or need some support on CWP

I started on CWP in 2016 dropped 3 stone to get pregnant using SS and Step 2. Now with a beautiful 3 month old boy, Im getting back on track started on Step 2 but just upped to Step 3

Are you on CWP or interested in being so? I am not a consultant but will give my honest opinion on it if you have any questions
