How was everyone's first week? Are you logging everyday? Do you feel better? I was shocked at how many wasted calories I eat on candy and night snacking...I skipped dinner one night to have my night snacks lol
If you want to view everyone's diary u have to set you diary settings to friends only. Just go to settings, diary settings then click on friends only!! Once you click complete diary for the day then everyone can see what you did for the day
What do you guys eat for breakfast, lunch and dinner? I need new ideas I get so sick of the same stuff. I’m on the road during the day so things that don’t have to be heated for lunch is best for me.
There’s tons of recipes on this app! If anyone tries a good please share. Getting fit is more about what you eat than working out!
This thing is driving me nuts, I still can't get it to sync to my Fitbit. And when I try to manually put it my calories burned from what my Fitbit says I feel like it's giving me way to many more calories
