The foundation for all human performance is nutrition. This group is exclusive to East HS Lacrosse team. Each player will track the most important metric to success - food is fuel. If you don't measure it you can't manage it. Coach Shane Miller and his team of professional coaches will monitor and offer suggestions, options, and solutions.
