Welcome to my FREE 5 Day Clean Eating Group!

My name is Sam, and I am a wife, furmom of 2 little dogs, a teacher, and a health and fitness coach. I am not a nutritionist, but what I can share is what has worked for me and my husband.

My hope is that you will take the next 5-ish days to invest in YOUrself!! This is not a diet - it's a lifestyle change! I first started my nutrition journey by following a nutrition and portion control system. This system was an easy way to learn how to meal plan and eat healthy! This meal plan is a glimpse into what I am eating on a typical basis. None of the recipes are complicated because we are all busy! It isn't feasible. What you will find are simple, easy to make meals that will get you on the right path to a healthier lifestyle.

You can follow the provided meal plan, or if you have your own recipes that you would like to swap out for mine, that's fine as well! Additionally, feel free to repeat a recipe (especially breakfast or lunch options as that is what I typically do.) The goal is to eat whole foods, nothing artificial or processed. That includes drinks as well, so sorry, but no sugary drinks these next five days!!! Only water, coffee, or tea.
