Spy Optic Fitness Challenge

Welcome to the 2018 Spy Winter Workout Challenge.
Rules:
This challenge will run from February 5th to May 7th.
Pace of the program:
Week 1 of the month: You need to work out 2 times a week for 30 min each time
Week 2 of the month: You need to work out 3 times a week for 30 min each time
Week 3 of the month : You need to work out 4 times a week for 30 min each time
Week 4 of the month : You need to work out 5 times a week for 30 min each time.

-You are welcomed and encouraged to work out for more than 30 minute intervals but it can't count towards another workout for the week.
-You must post a picture of either yourself after your workout for the day or a picture of your set up for the day to get credit for that day.

There will be monthly prizes as well as the grand prize of $200 towards an individuals choice of fitness membership.
