Rockin up to 40 feelin like 20

I am 38 , 39 this year and I've been dreading the upcoming 4 0.....but I'm determined to look the best I've ever looked but it going to take love and care. Support from the peeps out there who also have a goal that 40 is nothing and we can be more than a number. Do you ever look at something and think I'm too old for that....I mean really when did I turn 80 . I mean so long as we look good feel good we aren't breaking any laws. What do you think...what things do you think are a no go area....
