Curious...as a woman over 40, what have you struggled with most regarding weight loss? Things you've tried that have worked? Not worked?
Motivation
Going to a conference in two weeks, and I want to buy some new clothes to wear...in a slightly smaller size. This is definitely keeping me motivated!
