Hello! I'm Megan. I am 24 year old working in Baltimore County and living in Prince George's County (It's definitely a fun commute!). I've created this group to make friends in the area and help motivate myself and others achieve our fitness goals!
Picking myself up
So, I totally bombed on my eating plan yesterday. Ugh,... felt like old times. BUt I'm trying to get back on track today and not let it lead me down a bad path for the week.
