Staying Wholly Healthy In Spite of Infertility!

Don’t be mislead by the name... this has nothing to do with whole eating or whole 30, or anything specific diet or wellness plan. The name was chosen with “wholly healthy” intended to mean healthy physically, emotionally, and mentally.

This group is for any and all Ladies struggling with infertility and trying to get healthy or stay healthy on the journey! This includes all ladies TTC with IF, those who are just beginning the journey to those who’ve been trying to cope for years, those doing assisted therapies such as IVF & IUI and those who aren’t, those dealing with female factor, male factor, or a combo of both.

Let’s help encourage, motivate, share wisdom and lend ears to vent, and support each other in this unfortunate sorority none of us chose to be in!
We may not be able to control our fertility, or, at times our bodies’ reactions to treatment, hormones, etc..., but we can take a piece of ourselves back and add or maintain something positive to our daily lives.

My intention and vision for this group is to provide a place for support for those dealing with infertility in a wholistic way - physical health, emotional well-being, and mental health, by those who are also dealing with the same and can provide that support form a place of empathy, experience, and compassion.

While it should go without saying, this group should be a place where kindness and support are at the forefront of your participation. This is not the forum for negativity, shaming, hurtful words, or anything else that could be construed as tearing down or damaging instead of building up and helping and healing.

That said, if you’re in this boat, you know good and well that riding over rainbows on unicorns is not at all the reality of our struggle, so feel free to be real and vent and seek support on a hard day or with feelings that are hard to navigate!
