30 day challenge avoiding foods high in sugar, fat, gluten, caffeine and grease.
Besides wanting to lose weight and feel comfortable in my skin I want to feel healthy again. I want to rid my stomach digestive issues that result from eating foods high in sugar, fat, gluten, caffeine and grease. The cost is never worth it and I'm always regretting consuming those foods. I'm compiling a diet with foods that eliminate these foods and include foods that will ease my digestive issues and stomach pain. I need accountability and encouragement to accomplish this goal. Who else desires to strive toward these goals? This group can share menu ideas and recipes that avoid unhealthy foods and include healthy foods.
