Body Recomposition Challenge
Slowly building muscle and gradually reducing fat while eating maintenance calories
Challenge starts June 1, 2018 and ends May 31, 2019
Mandatory challenge progress updates
Throughout June, participants to share starting stats (age, height, tape measurements, and - optionally - scale weight) and a current physique photo (holding a handwritten note of their Reddit username)
Throughout December 2018, members share mid-year progress update with current photo and stats
In May 2019, we wrap it up by sharing our results with progress pictures (in the same stance/pose as the starting photo) and final stats.
This challenge is open only to participants who are recomping: eating at or around maintenance calories while doing some form of muscle building exercise.
Please note this is not a weight loss challenge. If you want to eat in a calorie deficit to majorly minimise your scale weight and drop large amounts of body fat then this challenge is not right for you. We're here to maintain and make small, gradual changes
If at any point throughout the challenge you change your goals and choose to cut or bulk, do please unsubscribe from the group out of fairness to others.
