RULES/RESTRICTIONS
• Program is open to all staff and their spouses.
• Must sign up using form on this email or from powernet.hermanssupply.com or smartlinks.hbci.ca.
• Monthly weigh ins must be witnessed by other employee in store and submitted through the form on
the Powernet (spouses must come in to local store to track numbers). Weigh ins must be submitted by
each Tuesday, no late exceptions.
• Weekly weigh ins must be submitted online by each Tuesday, no late exceptions.
• All weigh ins must be done with empty pockets (no coins, phones, etc) no shoes, no belts, and lighter
clothing recommended.
• All weights will be private, only the percentage loss will be posted (i.e./ “John Smith down 3% of body weight.”).
• Employees may join or leave the program at any time, however, progress will only be tracked from the
next milestone and forward.
• Employees must be employed at the time of granting the milestone award to be eligible for prize.
• All participation is voluntary.
• Herman’s Supply Company strongly suggests that you consult your doctor before beginning any new
physical routine.
• Herman’s Supply Company and its representatives do not make any medical, weight loss, or health claims.
