IM 90 day FITNESS CHALLENGE
In this group, we will support Island Moms as we work on improving our health and physical fitness.
In this 90 DAY CHALLENGE, IMs will do a minimum of 30 minutes of exercise daily. Share your journey as you feel free but each member is required to share daily/weekly victory. It may be that you lost weight, chose a salad instead of a slice of cake or simply decided to exercise instead of sitting on the sofa.
